SHIPPING POLICY

Bent Knife Collective ships to Australia, New Zealand, Canada and USA.

Standard shipment orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business day of receipt of payment - shipping time is an additional 3-7 Business Days (Aus Post network depending) from dispatch date.

All shipping & product prices are in $AUD.

For all Shipping and tracking related inquiries please contact AusPost Customer Service . Should you need further assistance please contact our Customer Service team. Please know that for anything tracking or timeframe related it is best to contact AusPost first due to their access to their network and much faster update ability.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • You will receive an email the day we dispatch - ensure you enter your email address correctly so you can keep an eye out for your shipment

  • Australia Post will email you with your eParcel tracking number, they will also email you updates as your parcels moves through the network

  • Check that you supply the CORRECT address - we have to pay to have the parcel returned to us when you have supplied the incorrect information and we will charge you shipping to re-post. If you entered the wrong address please contact us within 1-2 days from the day you placed your order.

  • Generally we dispatch within 2 business day of ordering, and Australia Post stipulate that it takes between 3-7 business days to deliver - please check your parcel for its whereabouts within a week of ordering and keep an eye out for it to be sitting at your Local Post Office for pick up.

  • Should your parcel be left unclaimed and returned to us, we will notify you of this and we will re-ship to you at YOUR cost. This is because we have to pay to have your parcel returned to us.

  • Orders received before 8am on a business day with Express postage will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day - with an expected delivery to your the next business day. Orders received after 8am will be sent next business day

RETURN POLICY

Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund.

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases or for incorrect choices due to failure to read detailed product descriptions. We provide all information needed to make an informed decision as to whether the product being sold is suited to your needs.

 Damages

 If an item has been damaged in transit, please take photos or video clearly showing the damage and contact us as soon as possible. 

 Faults & Warranty

 If an item arrives that is faulty, missing parts, is defective or has been damaged during manufacturing, please take photos or video clearly illustrating the problem and contact us as soon as possible. 

HANDMADE PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Please understand that all our products are handmade, and even though we make every effort to create only the best, natural blemishes and imperfections are what make each piece unique, captivating and rich in stunning details. 

Colors and materials from natural dyes behave differently and although we offer several products of the same style, there are inconsistencies based on the creative nature, making each item look slightly different from the next. 

Any item you purchase is one of a kind. There are no two identical items in our shop.
